ABOUT THE RESEARCH
The aim of this project is to evaluate the pandemic’s impact on free expression, activism, and civic engagement on the campuses of historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), particularly during the social and racial unrest of the summer of 2020 and the polarizing general election in fall of 2020.
